First Day of Preschool

We woke up little sleepyhead for her first day of preschool.  She found some of her magic confetti and started talking about school.

She got dressed and ready and headed downstairs for her first day of preschool "apple" breakfast.

After breakfast she posed for some pictures and got ready to leave.

We arrived at preschool and Mia hung up her bookbag and coat and got right into playing.

No tears for anyone!  I kept thinking about what she was doing the whole time she was gone.  Before we knew it, it was time to pick her up.  Her teachers said she did a wonderful job and Mia can't stop talking about her first day.  She told us about the songs they sang, the books they read, how they had a snack and took a potty break, and all about the new friends she made.  She is looking forward to going back!  We are so relieved that she loves it.  It must have been a busy 2 1/2 hours... she came home and took a 4 hour nap.
