Howdy Birthday!

On Saturday we celebrated our little cowgirls' first and third birthdays!

It is hard to believe that in just a few short days we'll officially have a one and three year old.

We transformed our house into a western town for the occasion and served some western food and drinks.

The little cowgirls and cowboys each got a cowboy hat, bandana, and harmonica to join in on the whole mess of fun.  They also got a pony frame to make at home and then display a picture of their pony ride from the party.

Sheriff Daddy always loves to get into character.  Yee Haw!

Then it was time for some horsin around. Lucy the pony arrived to give the cowgirls and cowboys rides!  Giddy up!



After the pony rides, it was cake time!  It is so hard to believe that in a few short days this little sweetheart will be one.

She changed into her cake cutting outfit.

And dug into her cow print smash cake!

She even shared some of her cake with us... she's sweet like that.

Then it was Mia's turn.  She has been practicing for weeks.  She loves when we sing Happy Birthday to her and she loves to blow out candles.

She told us she wanted a pink cake and she loved her pink bandana cake.

A whole mess of fun was had by all.......................
