Penguin Party

I told Mia after she woke up from her nap that we'd learn and read about penguins, share a penguin snack and make one.  She woke up from her nap, called for me and said "Mommy, time to make a penguino!" (Thanks Dora)  :)

We did some reading about penguins.



Then Mia helped me gather the ingredients and materials for our penguin party.  Mia loves the one eye open smile :)



We used some vanilla yogurt, craisins, carrots and cheerios to make penguin snacks.



Mia didn't have any penguin attire.  Luckily, Kayla did.

We took a toliet paper roll and made this cute little penguin.  Mia wanted to put her outside in the snow.
