Lisa, Liz and I ran our first mud run 5k at Weaver's Orchard on a nice fall Saturday morning. We made shirts and headbands for the occasion and used the slogan {peace.love.run.} We had a muddy great time! Our heat was led the wrong way and we finished the last leg of the course in 15 minutes and then had to run the entire correct course again so we ended up running more than 4 miles total. Thanks to our cheerleaders that came out to cheer us on. We had a really fun time and will definitely be doing more of these in the future!
