We {heart} Valentine's Crafts [Project 9] heart{felt} TIC TAC TOE

I used what we had... a piece of Valentine's scrapbook paper, two pieces of felt, a heart pattern I cut out of Mia's coloring book, a black marker and a ruler.

Mia got the hang of it right away and we have played many games!
