summer smoothie

Mia and I love the strawberry banana smoothies that we get on the boardwalk in Bethany. We decided to try to make them at home. Mia loves to make and drink them so she tells me "smoothie, smoothie" when she wants to make one. Mia loves to help measure and pour everything in but runs when I turn the smoothie machine on since it is a little loud. After a few tries experimenting with the ingredients we got them right!

summer smoothie

1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup apple juice
3 scoops vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 of a banana
a squirt of honey


She loves to taste the yogurt before we put it in.
